March is a month filled with celebration - Women's History Month, International Women's Day, St. Patrick's Day and our Wings Anniversary! This week marks the 38th year since Wings was started on March 17th by our tenacious founder and entrepreneur, Ann Gilmartin.
Since 1986, Ann has inspired suppliers, vendors, teammates, peers and clients in the art of service, with an inexhaustible exuberance for travel coupled with a 'what about' and 'win-win' approach at every turn. This "never been done before" calling has brought us around the globe from an anniversary celebration at the Kensington Palace Orangery, black tie dinners under the lighted pyramids in Giza, sand surfing in Dubai, to rustic-chic winter meetings in the Rockies dogsledding and snowmobiling in the day and dining in private cabins and yurts at night.
With the continued hard work and commitment of the Wings team, 38 years of event excellence feels like yesterday and we couldn't be more excited about the future. For those that have taken the journey with us, thanks for coming along for the ride; we are so grateful for your support! Cheers!
